Our gym is unique. We are serious athletes and real friends. Crossfit Incognito is a strength and conditioning facility that is dedicated to creating well rounded athletes. We train using functional movements performed at high intensity. Olympic weightlifting, running and gymnastics are all part of our programming.  We use an extremely varied and expansive list of exercise resources to develop tangible results for all levels of fitness.
