This seminar is focused on two things:
- The technical breakdown of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk
- The technical breakdown of accessory exercises to help you develop these lifts.
It can be very difficult to stop and focus on how to get better at Olympic Weightlifting but this is your opportunity to do so.
We will have a maximum of 10 people so that everyone gets the attention they need.
This will consist of the following:
- 8am-9am Class Session
- 9am-10:30am Lifting Session + Accessory Movements
- 10:30am-11pm Lunch
- 11am-12pm Class Session
- 12pm - 1:30pm Lifting Session + Accessory Movements
These Lifting sessions will be split into segments focused on portions of the lifts and their accessory movements that can be practiced to improve technique and therefore your ability.
